Who is Dylan?

Background

When I finished university I went straight into a graduate executive management role. Very quickly I was leading a team of 100 people, at the age of 22.

This came with many challenges for a new leader, particularly leading older employees with much more experience.

This started my obsession with leadership, I spent the next few years reading all of the leadership books, listening to all of the podcasts and refining my leadership daily.

Fast forward a few years, I earned the respect of my colleagues, teams and leaders. I found myself able to influence strategy and business decisions despite my young age.

My transformation taught me many things about myself, and sowed the seeds for my mission.

Today my mission is to help the next generation of leaders become the strong leaders they need to be.
